Comments:

Husband Chris, is now retired from Honda. He is enjoying it fully. I am now also unemployed and just taking a long, long needed vacation and enjoying my new house.

I have had 4 hip operations because of a bad car accident back in 1985, but I am still walking.
My hobby is making greeting cards. It is therapy for me. I graduated in 1989 from Clark State with Associates Degreee in Secretarial.

I go to First Christain Church on Middle Urbana Rd. in Spfld. God has been with me throughout all the tradgedies in my life.

I lost my brother in June 1999, (Jay) he and I were very close, then 2 yrs later, I lost my first born son (Russell) at the young age of 22, then I lost my niece at the age of 22. Life has been rough, very rough.

I have always been a positive person, so I think positive thoughts everyday and pray that my losses and experiences will help others. I go to support groups of suicide and help others try to deal with the loss of a child. It helps me make it through the days.

Life is short, tell those you love today how much you love them before you have to tell them how much you miss them.***

****On April 5th, 2010, my prothesis in my hip broke in to....so was sent to Er, then immediate surgery for another hip replacement. Home healing now, but drs were shocked this happened as I was. There must be a reason for this...but what could it be? I have had enough...but am still able to walk.

I am doing much better as of today 1-8-11. I am disabled now, drs don't want me on my feet much so new 4th hip can last. I miss working but try to keep busy. There are more things for me to do I am sure. I love my church, God and my family & friends. Be kind to one another. Everyone is going thru something. Smile more. Pay it forward with whatever you have.

God Bless.

School Story:

Unfortunetly I don't have good memories of high school...I wasn't popular, came from an alcohol home and was made fun of a lot of the time.
I do remember Randy Ayers always being nice to me.

I was just trying to survive.

I guess that experience has made me what I am today, mostly blessed with great friends and that I am still here.
